Notes:

• Treasurer’s Report, submitted by Liz Elowe – BPA Treasurer

• All dues paid in full.
• Balance as of 17Aug2021: $7,738.49

• Road Report, submitted by Walt Grzyb – BPA Road Commissioner

• The road is in generally good condition
• Town grading of the road was completed and some additional material was added.
• Not yet able to get a contractor to commit to the needed road repairs

• Discussion points

• There will be no changes to the property owner road maintenance fee at this time. Full Share = $500, Half Share = $250
• Increasing the lot assessment to a full share ($500/yr) for lots 3,5,8 and 13.
• Asking the Parsells of Lot 16 to confirm that the contractor doing the site work will repair any incidental damage to the roadway as a result of heavy equipment activity.
• Large rocks continue to emerge from the roadway and will need to be removed.
• A work party may be needed to try and manually remove the stones and make minor repairs to the road.
